When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Allow 2 to 3 business days for processing, then 5 to 9 business days for delivery. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.
What are the shipping costs?
A flat rate of $6.99 applies to every order.
Do you ship all over the United States?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states across the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check at any time through our Track Your Order page.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, and there are no restocking fees. To start a return, email us at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number.
Can I swap my item for a different size or colour?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return the original item within 30 days and place a new order for the piece you'd prefer.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Only if your order hasn't yet been packed. Email us as soon as possible at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you'll need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us right away at contact@marcovianna.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll assess it and work with you on the right resolution, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or something else.
